Northfield Farm is situated at the centre of Flash village which is midway between Buxton and Leek on the A53.
Flash is in the Staffordshire Moorlands which lies in the Southwest corner of the Peak District National Park. Set more or less in the centre of the UK - the farm can be easily accessed from the M1 to the east or the M6 to the west.
By Rail - There are stations in Macclesfield (9 miles away) or Stoke On Trent (16 miles away). There is a local line from Manchester to Buston
By Bus - There is a regular bus service along the A53 (Sheffield - Hanley)
By Air - Manchester Airport or East Midlands Airport
From Buston you travel over Axe Edge and will approach The Travellers Rest, situated on a sharp right hand bend. Continue along the main road for a further 250 metres and Flash is signposted to the right (approx 5 miles from Buston).
From Leek you will climb steeply past Upper Hulme on the beautiful moorlands passing the Roaches to your left. You will pass the Winking Man pub on your right. Continue along the A53 for approx. 2.5 miles where Flash is signposted - a very tight left hand turn (approx 6 miles from Leek)
Northfield Farm is approx 500 metres from the main road in Flash village where you follow to the left at the church and continue on for 100 metres. Northfield Farm is the first drive on your left.
